Faculty at Internat Solling
Internat Solling is much more than an employer – it is a place where people live, teach and grow.
Our approximately 50 teachers shape everyday school life not only in the classroom, but also with their lives on campus.
Many of them live directly on the boarding school grounds, some together with their families. This creates a close connection between teachers and students – characterized by trust, reliability and personal support.
Experience meets fresh impulses
Some of our educators started their first job at Internat Solling after graduation – and have stayed to this day. As experienced educators, you will carry on the values and traditions of the house.
Others join as young colleagues and bring new ideas, creative concepts and fresh perspectives with them.

The Solling boarding school is not just a workplace, but a home – for teachers and their families.
