Fitness at Boarding School Solling

In today’s world, young people spend a lot of time sitting – at their desks, at school or with their smartphones. Postural defects, tension and muscular imbalances are therefore not uncommon. At Internat Solling , we focus specifically on preventive and effective fitness training to counteract this.

Our boarding school gym is equipped with modern equipment and offers a comprehensive cardio and weight machine area. Here, pupils can have individual training plans drawn up that specifically counteract incorrect loads and growth-related postural weaknesses .

The gym is open daily, so continuous training is possible. The support is provided by qualified sports teachers as well as by students who have been trained as fitness coaches . Regular training not only increases personal performance, but also improves everyday and sport-specific movement sequences and reduces the risk of injury.
