Always on the
move
Even though we are not a pure sports boarding school , sport plays a central role at Internat Solling – both in class and in leisure time. For us, exercise not only serves as a balance to intellectual work, but is also a character-building force and an important contribution to the healthy development of children and adolescents.
Our recommendation: Adolescents should do at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day in such a way that their pulse rises and they start sweating. To make this easy, the Solling boarding school offers exceptional sports facilities.
To make regular exercise easy for all students, we offer a wide range of sports on our 50-hectare site:
Whether victory or defeat – all experiences promote personal development.
The variety of our sports on offer makes exercise easy, varied and motivating – and is enthusiastically used by our students.
For our outstanding promotion of sport and exercise, we have been awarded the title of “Sport-Friendly School” by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Education and the State Sports Association for the fifth time in a row.
